Our friends Jody & Jason invited us to join them in Mazatlan. It was Joel’s first time in Mexico. His biggest fear was getting picked up by the Federales and spending the rest of his life rotting in a Mexican prison. Fortunately, he made it back alive. The resort we stayed at had iguanas everywhere. Joel thought they were cool until he saw one stand up and run like a horse. Then he screamed like a little girl.
